They have very knowledgeable and keen leaders who know the "in's and outs" of the auto industry. They have revolutionized the auto auction process and have the largest market share in the auto salvage business.
Cons
Constant surveillance of daily activities. Every job function you do has to abide by a specific set of criteria, which demises creativity. Lack of technological advances, computer terminals, and integration of applications for employees. Telephone first, email is last option and a pain to use. 80% of workforce is over 40years.
