Lot of politics, backstabbing, Managers are not supportive, they will fire you if they don't like you. They forget how many late nights and weekend employee had worked during the review. They remember only the bad instance. Most of the bad instance happened due to lack of communication from management. A lot of unhappy people due to bad management.
