When you do have a task be prepared for the areas you cross functionally work to have inconsistent, sloppy, undocumented processes at every turn. Lots of empty promises from senior management, with a severe lack of professional development and career progression plans. Promotions and hiring generally frozen from a merger that took place over half a year ago, unless that job is overseas.
