Work from home was a pro, but that’s being changed greatly now too.

Cons

I have seen amazing, driven people who know themselves well and would be a cherished asset to any other company be absolutely underutilized and degraded , treated like children until they go from star employees to miserable uselessness and then leave. People who cannot even copy and paste or speak without offending everyone end up, not just in management, but in true leadership roles, where their fear causes them to overlook great employees and squash the life out of the drive of whole teams. This field is so lucrative, that the company doesn’t have incentive to improve.

While it is true that our work-from-home policies have changed, our goal was to allow for a smooth implementation across many geographies and departments in a consistent way. Work-from-home is available for most roles at Cotiviti, and individuals are eligible for this type of flexibility based on individual performance, length of commute, client needs, and other important factors.
