Cotiviti certainly has undergone a great deal of change, particularly in the ranks of leadership. This is often the case following the merger of companies. This level of change is not suitable for everyone. We recognize that we could be more communicative with team members about our wins in the marketplace. Admittedly, we have been more externally focused on “reintroducing” our brand and our expanded offerings to customers. We are receiving a very positive response from our customers regarding our greater services and capabilities, and the teams who are working on them. At our recent Cotiviti Customer Conference, we were overwhelmed with interest in our expanded scope of services. Going forward, we will be sharing more news with employees about our achievements in the market and the progress we’re making with our customers.
