oh boy, where do I start....This used to be a great place to work when it was Connolly, the company went public which changed to Cotiviti, was sold to Vercend and went back to be privately owned, since the merger with Vercend all things went down hill, Vercend is breaching the contract they have with various clients by sending PHI and medical data overseas, which most clients didn't agree on. This place is very top heavy, lots of layoffs, more to come in mid 2019, jobs being ship out to India (this company only cares about filling their already full pockets with more money) and on top of that, the employees that are left have to train the people that are taking their jobs!!! isn't that insane? Team leads are mostly useless, most of the time they have no clue what is going on on the floor, low morale, most employees are actively looking for another job, senior VP and managers that were in this company since Connolly, more than 22 years left to "pursue other interests" that should tell you something is going on. Like other people have mentioned this is a sinking ship, brown nosing managers have taken the task of micromanage the already burned out employees, is a shame that people come to work and be in the office no more than an hour and they just want to leave. We have a new building with lots of empty desks, teams are getting smaller and smaller by the minute, no opportunity for promotions, no hiring unless is overseas. Training is non existent, this place is just an empty shell of the company that it used to be.
