1. Worst Management Team and need urgent change. 2. No work life balance. 3. Employee centric approach and not work oriented. People close to management will be recognized and not people who are working and contributing to growth of organization. 4. Worst appraisal process 5. Company is in negative growth or stagnant with no further improvement seen. 7. The focus of company has changed top Management also left the organization. 8. Don’t trust people and keep an eye on their activity and movements. Always try to find them on online job portals and then bully them. 9. No work life Balance and no flexibility on working hours. 10. Have no concern on employee health and security. 11. Not much support from US Counterpart and not much interactions with employees. 12. Maximum client’s have left.
