Horrible corporate culture. Seasoned employees who are dissatisfied about their reduced compensation are miserable and unmotivated. Very hard for new hires to get acquainted when there is so much tension among the workforce. Basically every single day is miserable and challenging. Several employees have already left or are in the process of leaving. Senior employees do not properly train and mentor new employees, and will not hesitate to blame them the minute something goes wrong. Very tough environment to be working in. Most stressful job I've ever had, not worth the good pay in my opinion.
