Upper management seemed very distant and did not seem to care much on the growth of certain programs....The vision for the company seemed to be realigned when iHealth merged with Connolly resulting in reprioritization of what lines of business the new company (iHealth/Connolly) will focus on.....The feeling was that upper management lost interest in fairly new programs once the merger went through.....
