Pros

U can work remote I have nothing else good to say.

Cons

Management is bad. They need to practice don’t fix it if it ain’t broken! They hire to fire and it’s a revolving door. Instead of investing in their current employees they just fire and hire. That’s why they are failing massively right now. They lost their biggest client due to letting an under qualified friend take over the role rather than the employee who worked hard and gave it their all. They do not know how to run a business. They got greedy after Covid but should have known those Covid rates weren’t going to last! HR is awful too, they don’t give a crap about you. They side with the management every single time. They love to micromanage for no reason. Every single person I’ve worked with here was a hard worker who worked well. We didn’t need micromanaged but u insisted on ruining our morale! Why does it matter how I got the nurse as long as I got them? It was making u guys big money but because u didn’t see those clicks in the system I was chastised and humiliated and micromanaged to h*** after that! I’m glad to see what’s happening to this company. They needed to be humbled.

Pros

Remote first environment, co workers are great.

Cons

I genuinely wanted to build a long-term career with the company. Unfortunately, my experience was impacted by repeated instances where commitments made by leadership were not followed through. Within the Enterprise Sales division, I observed significant leadership and organizational challenges during my time there. Communication around compensation, commission plans, and career advancement was often inconsistent. There were multiple discussions about updated commission structures, increased earning opportunities, and promotional paths that ultimately did not materialize, which made it difficult to maintain confidence in leadership. I also perceived inconsistency in how employees were evaluated and retained. It often appeared that personal relationships influenced opportunities and employment decisions more than performance, which negatively affected morale across the team. It’s disappointing because I believe the company has talented people and strong potential. I truly wish my experience at Cross Country had been different.
