Pros

"Monday - Friday" "40 Hour Work Week" 401K, Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO

Cons

- Corporate Leadership spread too thin, therefore severely lacking - Unit Level Management is responsible for their own training via online learning (you will not be given paid time to complete this training, you are expected to find time to do it during your work day or after hours) - Culinary experience is valued above administrative, often to detriment of individual business - Even on PTO, senior managers expect availability; was told "sometimes we still need to do work during our vacations" - Expecting to learn new skills for the business, but these skills do not impact yearly evaluations/raises. -Longevity does not matter here; they will push you out without batting an eye if they feel you are no longer useful.
