Pros
Salary and benefits are great, the company is very profitable. Good products, hard working smart people. Good company events.
Cons
Executives are micromanaged and controlling, not open to facts, they think they already know it all. The management is old school style based on fear. When the company was bought out by ASML employees expected a change, little change has happened and not fast enough. There's a blaming culture motivated by fear. The company is not staffed appropriately which leads to overworked people, managers doing a lot of clerical work.
