Pros
Salaries are alright but they have to be becaues the company is so bad. There are company parties but they're lame and an attempt to cover up the terrible management.
Cons
Like other reviews say the leadership is terrible across the whole company. The new CEO is clueless and lets people who report to ihm get away with everything. And Robert Akins IS NOT THE CEO. Jim Koonmen is the CEO. Things that get you fired at other companies get you promoted at Cymer. If you are smart and have morals this is definitely not the place for you. They talk about values but it's just talk with nothing to back it up.
