Sr Manager - Senior Manager Cymer Employee Review

As a manager, I had zero authority. Zero. Expense reports of all of my direct reports approved by VP. Culture of fear as Cymer Light Source CEO is a tyrant. CEO has brought in his Yes Men from Applied Materials, which defines the culture and has driven out almost all ability to make decisions at Director level and below. Seriously, folks....if you are going to pay me $140k a year....you should enable me to make some decisions. Motto at UCSD is “Friends don’t let friends work for Cymer”
