Business Outlook
Pros
1) You can communicate with your managers. 2) Salary is good. All work is performed in the subfab. 3) There are growth options in the company.
Cons
1) Training sucks, very disorganized. 2) Most of the managers are new and disorganized. 3) Health benefits are okay, I have had better. 3) The work schedule is 3/4 day, 12 hour shifts. But those can become 13 to 16 hour shifts quite quickly.
