Pros
Excellent pay, benefits and challenging high tech work. A very good exposure to diverse cultures and a great opportunity to support global customers with world class enabling technologies.
Cons
In past 10 years, the management leadership was not allowed to make decisions unless the president reviewed and approved everyone's input first. Management by committee and aligning with the president's viewpoint were essential to move forward on projects that customers urgently needed. The new president seems to be more confident in delegation and the culture may be changing for the better in 2016.
