      Pros

      Benefits are good especially on site clinics. Gym and cafeteria available. Can move around easily between divisions. Major growth. Clean & temperature controlled.

      Cons

      Top heavy. 80 hours per week. Culture is backwards. Nepotism is the name of the game. Safety is laughable. Revolving door because pay is below standard. Managers will lie to face. Extremely unprofessional.
