Pros
You learn a lot. Some places you really only get good at one specific task. At Denso, you will be out outside of your comfort zone and learn everything. On top of that, Denso is always willing to train the new engineers. For the most part my colleagues have all been extremely competent.
Cons
Denso runs really lean. You're basically going to have to do everything from technical to managerial work sometimes without support. Depending on your program cycle, you might end up at sixty hour weeks.
