It is Good company but slow and not very open - Engineer DENSO Employee Review

This place has people with slow mindset. I personally have faced people of my team as very conservative about work. They don't want other people to learn more and fast. Its a very bad work environment I face. I am not very comfortable in an open conversation about work.
