No Training given - Executive DENSO Employee Review

I joined Denso Bangalore 6 years back. Till today, not a single training or development program was gaven to improve skills. It's always only work and shouting from department heads, foul language is also used without hesitations. Trainings are given last priority. They expect us to perform excellently without any kind of support. If we don't do well, again scolding. HR don't look into these things, instead he groups with department heads to put down the dedicated employees.
