1. Vision-less Unethical management. 2. No leadership Quality with management. 3. High work load and stress, Have to work overtime most of the days. 4. Dummy HR team. 5. No work life balance. 6. System driven company to the name, but nothing is in line actually 7. Micromanagement Never felt this one as a MNC. Organization heading as it's going to drain in coming days. That's a bad going for an organisation.
