Business Outlook
Pros
Great benifits, health insurance, vacation, even an on site gym. Very technical work. Most coworkers are very knowledgeable and skilled while others are lacking. A good place to start and grow your career. No prior knowledge needed as long as you can prove that you're capable of learning. Every day is different.
Cons
Laughable pay. Coworkers don't always pull their weight. Doesn't matter how skilled you are, you all get the same pay. You can get a great yearly review but still only get a 0.20 cent raise. Skill is not appreciated, and too much of a buddy system in the management.
