      Pros

      Stability, diverse products that you might able to switch if there is an opening. 401K, healthcare is pretty good. Plenty of training to improve yourself for free

      Cons

      Long work hours. Pay salary is less than competitions. Bad employees can survive for 20+ years. Good employees don't receive enough compensations. Goal and objectives rating are unachievable at 4 and 5. So everyone is average, everyone is the same. Company is shrinking rapidly.

      Job progression is fairly stagnant and the yearly review process is very limiting.
