Pros
I was optimistic when they purchased our company because it came with better benefits and we were initially able to expand our office and bring in more help.
Cons
What I stated above very quickly changed. We are all now cogs in a poorly functioning machine. We are disrespected and mistreated. We all had our hours cut and support staff were let go (understandably) due to COVID but when our work loads all increased and we were left to our own devices. It has been months of struggling, of listening to very upset clients because we are unable to provide the same service they've come to expect from us. It's all been very disappointing especially when the management in our specific office treats us like we are trash and won't listen to any of our concerns or answers our questions.
