Pros

You get to leave, which I did as soon as I could and another pro, they showed me what to not do. Worst company I have ever worked for, hands down. Honestly, here is a pro, they have a beautiful lobby. Behind those glass doors it’s cubicle land. A lot of show and a lot of promises but terrible to their employees.

Cons

Major issues at this company. They started to show themselves right at the start. Everyone is fighting for the next rung of the ladder and people don’t care about who they step on and leadership cultivates/encourages this behavior. They do nothing about major issues you bring to them. Run fast from Disa and go find a company who will appreciate you and value what you bring to the team as an individual. A company who will invest in your growth, listens to you when you bring up issues. Wish I had this review to see prior to accepting the offer.

Pros

Remote. I really liked the program used and actually, my job, because I was very efficient and good at what I did.

Cons

Severely underpaid. Ended up doing other people's work. When India almost lost them Enterprise, I was on the small team that brought them back. Received one raise in the almost 4 years there and it was to offset the insurance I was now having to pay for as the company DISA purchased had provided our health insurance at no cost to us. They liked to re-arrange supervisors and put micro-managers in charge and most the time, they didn't even know proper information.
