Pros

work from home, provide equipment, full benefits i guess

Cons

Management is TRASH. It is evident that they have never worked the areas they are currently overseeing because when asked how to handle situations, they are not able to provide a solution or have to confirm with someone else. They also take it upon themselves to make changes without first asking for any feedback from the employees working in those areas to see if these changes will benefit or hurt them. It has been hurting productivity and team morale big time. Can't even try to provide feedback without feeling like you're walking in eggshells. Compensation does not align with the job duties and on top of trash management, it is such a stressful environment. They do not uphold the company values that they brag about literally everyday. When doing something as told, you still get yelled at even though that is what was instructed of you. do not apply

Pros

Remote. I really liked the program used and actually, my job, because I was very efficient and good at what I did.

Cons

Severely underpaid. Ended up doing other people's work. When India almost lost them Enterprise, I was on the small team that brought them back. Received one raise in the almost 4 years there and it was to offset the insurance I was now having to pay for as the company DISA purchased had provided our health insurance at no cost to us. They liked to re-arrange supervisors and put micro-managers in charge and most the time, they didn't even know proper information.
