Pros
DOWL did a great job of setting goals and achieving them. I also always felt that I was paid well and I never had to request a salary raise.
Cons
I think DOWL could invest more into training staff, especially for managers in areas of leadership. I've learned since how leading others is much more than making sure their work is done, but also entails developing team members among other things. Training for up and coming leaders could also be hugely beneficial.
