Cons
I worked at the fort lauderdale, FL location. Word of advice: Do not work here. The management is very shady - He will attempt to deduct money from your paycheck by reducing your pay rate every single paycheck. He did it to me and several other employees. And when i mentioned it to him he told me he would correct it in the next paycheck but took three pay cycles to actually do so. And I every time i reminded him - that he hadn't corrected it yet - He pretended as if he forgot or it was a computer error. This practically makes him a criminal. Also the hotel guests would complain about the state of the hotel all the time whether it was: Bed bugs, roaches, dirty bedspreads, trash left in their room and management would refuse refunds half of the time. He was only concerned about taking thier money. The surrounding area was also unsafe. I remember one guest even showed us a dead bed bug from her room as proof. The grounds were disgusting and very poorly kept. The guests would take their anger out on employees regularly.
