Significantly lacking standards for hiring process, people get hired for positions that they are not qualified for while others are hired for those same positions who are very unqualified. Management lacks communication ability with employees below them, especially during reviews. Reviews do not specify areas of improvement needed, the potential of certain employees is not recognized by upper management. This forces employees to resent the company, their goals, standards (or lack thereof) and structure (or lack thereof). People who work hard do not get recognition for their efforts. They are overworked and underpaid.
