You can expect to be "thrown under the bus" if you display more talent than your manager. You can expect middle management to blatantly lie and if you prove to the contrary, expect to be let go. (getting "thrown under the bus" is such a common phrase, it's almost comical). The health and wellness activities are for middle and upper management only, while others do not have the time or energy. While middle and upper management can use all health facilities at any point in time, others can only use it before work hours, lunch hour, or after work. I highly and strongly recommend that if you ever have issues with anyone or anything, you never make anyone aware of it. Not one single person. Even if you think this person is on your side. The best plan to move up in this company is to become brainwashed, drink from the water that is Dealer.com and assimilate. You can go far by lies, back stabbing, and politics. It's not what you know, it's who you know. Talented people leave, shrinking the talent pool. The talent that leaves Dealer tells the rest of the small community the truth behind Dealer. Not family friendly. In fact, if you have kids, married and love them. Say goodbye to them, you will no longer be needing them as Dealer is not family friendly. They frown on having to pick kids up or doctors appointment. They frown on wanting to leave on time to have dinner with them. **I really wanted to love this job. I worked hard and was kind to others. If you are single, under 30 years of age, like to party, like to drink, have a huge ego and "it's all about me" attitude, then this is the job for you!
