HR and upper management are so poorly run that it's not worth working there. They will fire you because your female manager has a personal problem working with men. You can NOT call it a coincidence that every single employee she has fired in the last year have been men of color, while keeping her white or female personal friends even though their performance is the same or worse. Leadership is based in Vermont, so I guess they're okay with that since manager was based there with them and they can pretend remote workers aren't human. The same manager whom on DAY ONE put you on a performance review when you transferred to her department. You can spend months begging HR to transfer you because there is a clear personality clash with a micromanaging racist, but they will ignore you and tell you its in your best interest not to stir up trouble. Then after you just signed a deal to make 30k+ in advertising for a client, they will fire you without severance, all based on another PIP she started because your metrics were down in the month of April when covid shutdowns closed 80% of your clients. You are nothing to them, they will treat you like nothing. There is no humanity in these people. Avoid.
