Excellent Onboarding Experience in Remote Environment - Senior Marketing Manager Deltek Employee Review

I'm new in role and I joined Deltek during COVID times. My interview and onboarding was all virtual and really well managed. I was lucky to start the week before the company-wide global kickoff and subsequent sales kickoff events which have been invaluable in getting me up to speed quickly on the industry and our place in the market. My team especially has been incredibly supportive, they communicate really well in a virtual environment and I have felt a part of the team from day one despite being virtual.
