A consistent practice of acquiring other companies allows employees to stay challenged, broadens their work experience, and offers opportunities to try new things to help with merging. -On top of that, they offer competitive pay as well as good benefits. -There's a strong culture of work-life balance with plenty of PTO and company holidays. -Leadership has been very supportive throughout the pandemic with bi-weekly updates on policy changes and office closures and openings.
