Pros
I started at Deltek as a contract recruiter in 2021 as was offered a full-time position in April of 2022. I was very excited to join the recruiting team full-time. Deltek has a very employee-centric culture and supports their employees in their day to day job and future goals. There is a great deal of collaboration across departments and everyone is very responsive and helpful if you have a question. I feel very fortunate to have joined such a good company!
Cons
My only con would be how busy we are at certain times, but I enjoy a fast -paced environment, so it's not really negative for me.
