Pros
So far Deltek has been a great place to work. The people are great and easy to get along with. You don't see the stressful environment here like you do in some larger FANG type software companies. Everyone is wanting to move things forward and work together to accomplish projects. Work/Life balance is great. Every other Friday there is a 1/2 day and the Holidays are numerous and flexible in some cases. Managers seem to be willing for you to protect your time off and not work you 60 hours in a week to get things done. Great place to work!
Cons
There are only a few minor things I could mention at the moment: 1. Lower than average 401k match but it does instantly vest. 2. Salary is slightly lower than market but can be negotiated. 3.PTO is slightly lower than market but 1/2 day Fridays and Holidays help. 4.The onboarding training could be better.
