I recently joined the company and have been thoroughly impressed with their onboarding process. Right from day one, I was provided with the necessary tools and resources to hit the ground running. It was seamless and I felt supported every step of the way. My Peer Mentor was very considerate to me and guided me throughout my journey at my current role. There was no pressure from higher-ups and the training sessions were conducted in a considerate manner allowing me to learn and grow at my own pace. I feel supported by my colleagues and managers. The organization is a breathe of fresh air for me as there are a lot of things going on that are pro-employees. It is quite refreshing to see a company prioritize the well-being and engagement of their employees. People here at Deltek are all kind to me, given that I am a new hire. Their commitment to employee engagement from team building activities to regular check-ins goes above and beyond for me. Overall, my experience at Deltek has been nothing short of outstanding.
