In my 15 years working experience, I have been into 4 different companies before Deltek. I really must say that Deltek is the best workplace to be with. As an employee, all I am looking for in a company is here. From the very good salary package and benefits, to a very nice, professional, collaborative and talented people, Deltek is an advocate of a work-life balance which is a big plus for a parent like me. We can work at the comfort of our home. The challenge of travel going to office is bearable coz the office ambiance is worth going to! Deltek offers lots of opportunities and growth.
