Pros

Sophisticated projects, small and large, short and "eternal" - one will find its best fit to work on. Relatively flat hierarchy, not much of "from top to bottom" type of management, relaxed control processes. Sub-cutting edge technologies (large projects), but fairly modern anyway. Personal performance reviews somewhat useful for career and professional development, if you are lucky with your team leader/dept. manager. Meals provided on site, 3 sick days, standard 4 weeks vacation, salary paid bi-weekly with no delays in years (except for 1-2 days on a very few occasions)

Cons

Not really 100% agile process. Time-tracking for developers/QA/M&S (semi-automated). Can't take all 4 weeks of vacation at once - must split by 2w+2w or smaller chunks. Personal performance reviews are not necessarily leading to salary increase (make sense, but... ;-) Salaries are fixed in rubles for Russian locations.
