Pros

The product is extremely innovative and the engineers are some of the brightest I've met. The business team is full of folks that work hard play hard and all have been with the company for a number of years and are invested in the company's success. Has a bit of a startup feel in that each individual job hold recognizable value and as such requires appropriate dedication, but hard work and good ideas are recognized.

Cons

The start up feel doesn't work for everyone. Need to be able to step outside your box, wear multiple hats, work hard, and work independently, which can lead to burn out for those that don't manage well in that type of environment.

We're lucky to have found so many outstanding employees who are also so fun to work with and be around. Our environment will challenge you and push you to step outside of the box as you have mentioned which makes it a great place for overachievers!! But we do run lean and mean which allows you to wear multiple hats which is great for some but not for all. As we continue to grow we will be able to add more support roles in the areas that need them. Your feedback is very valuable and we appreciate you taking the time to do so. - Company does care about its people continues to invest even in hard times - Hard work to improving company results, and it's working - Incredible market opportunities to drive future company growth - Global environment is very interesting and unique - Company size allows for more exposure and experiences if you take advantage of it

Product offerings are very unique

Cons

Products (particularly DSP and Offerwall) do not perform. Preloads work well only for apps with very unique characteristics Executive management is terrible at communicating and talks down to everyone below them. The main reason why overall communication across the organization is so poor is that any questions are being judged by executive leadership.
