Pros

Minimum living wage of 60k Equity Unlimited PTO 401k Some flexibility There are some good people here despite what your about to read below.

Cons

-The acquisitions have not been handled well AT ALL. No one knows what is going on right now -Culutre is laughable at this point, and nonexistent -Leaders hire their kids, friends, etc not realizing the impact that has on their teams - Managers/Execs treat some people like subhumans -There is definitely toxic behavior that is being ignored( No, I will not reach out the Chief People Officer because she is part of the problem, and why tell my manager when his manager is his close friend) -Maybe merging companies will help with the lack of diversity that this company has struggled with for several years -No clear path for career progression in the company -Pray you get a kind and understanding manager otherwise you are in for a ride - Salaries need work. Pay people actually doing the work appropriately - Turnover seems high(no transparency) -Lack of transparency and communication -We dont practice the values we speak so highly of

Pros

- Some very talented people work there - Seem to understand the telco space well and have built a great moat into their business model

Cons

AdTech business unit management is in over their heads. 3 acquisitions in a year lead to growing pains and integrating these 3 companies has been unsuccessful so far. Turnover of GM / VP etc. is extremely high, leading to constant internal restructuring. There are very few people left over who can operate an AdTech business, let alone 3. So much time is spend on said restructuring that there has been little time spent on actually integrating these companies and their products. Those who are leaving are the most talented (and by extension the most over-worked) leaving less-capable staff behind who are simply not qualified or capable of doing the work of those who departed (this includes upper management). Combine that with lack of accountability under-staffed, over-worked teams, below-market compensation (competitors pay 50-60% more) low morale, low motivation and inability to execute and you have a vicious cycle that's getting worse over time.

We view feedback as a valuable way for us to learn and we appreciate the time you took to share yours. Every day we’re looking to improve our execution and build strong connections between teams. We’re also excited about the business opportunities in front of us and the teams we get to work with to go after them. We have several communication touchpoints in place to understand the experience and sentiment of our employees such as monthly manager meetings, regular company all-hands meetings, as well as team and one-on-one meetings. We take feedback seriously so that we can continuously improve and we encourage all employees to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns with their manager, executive, or any member of the People team. At Digital Turbine, we continuously evaluate the market to ensure that we provide our employees with a comprehensive and market-competitive total rewards package that includes a competitive salary, equity, benefits, and more. As we work to unite multiple companies into the DT community, there have been and will continue to be speed bumps as we learn about each other. We are actively hiring to meet the demands of our exciting growth and we’re committed and excited to continue growing, learning, and improving.
