Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on your experience working at Digital Turbine. We value and appreciate you taking the time to lend us some constructive suggestions on how we can improve our company. As with any small to mid-size global company we have growing pains. One of which is finding better ways to communicate efficiently and effectively across the globe. Another area of improvement that we are continuously working on is finding ways to align our teams throughout the company. This can be a difficult task when dealing with offices that operate differently, different time zones, culture, communication styles, and views on the best way to produce high quality software. We are also in a business which moves very quickly to ensure we keep up with our customer demands and rapid market growth. All of these things together can sometimes be challenging. We have put more focus on structuring the teams in a way to more effectively support the business. We have also brought on new leadership in technology to help us to better align technology with the business. Integrating and changing the way we do business is a slow process, but we understand that this is a necessary step in order to be successful. We are not yet perfect, but are committed to the journey.
