Removed by force- this company lacks poor communication and doesn't adhere to their Code of Ethics unless beneficial in certain situations to certain people. Never once received any kind of verbal or written warning about job performance and was immediately terminated without warning regarding a discrepancy. Upper management was fantastic and more than willing to help coach and give direction to employees. However under immediate supervision of certain management, I was never provided any accurate training, guidance, feedback, or coaching regarding my ambition for career growth within the company and in the mobile advertising industry. Not only that, but their inappropriate and unethical relationship with another higher level manager was a major distraction that took time, not only away from the company, but in helping to grow the team. If you're looking to expand your growth in your professional career, this is not the place for you. Their promises of unlimited paid time off, a relaxed startup vibe, and beer Fridays are merely a bandaid for the insidious problems that lie internally.
