Great pay package, innovative products/services, fun-friendly environment, a never stop learning place, execs are transparent w/ open door policy, unlimited vacations, snacks/lunches/after work events, great tech space, global company with deep partnerships with tech giants

Cons

growth is happening so office space is tight (to be resolved soon, and a great problem to have btw)

Product offerings are very unique

Cons

Products (particularly DSP and Offerwall) do not perform. Preloads work well only for apps with very unique characteristics Executive management is terrible at communicating and talks down to everyone below them. The main reason why overall communication across the organization is so poor is that any questions are being judged by executive leadership.
