Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience as an employee at Digital Turbine. It is unfortunate that you have had what appears to be based on your feedback, a bad experience with Digital Turbine. Based on your feedback you expressed some issues you have with the CEO, how the management team treats compensation, HR, how the teams treat each other, and how we do business. Your feedback is important to us and I would like to understand the root of these issues if you are comfortable I would highly suggest that you talk with your manager, myself or if you prefer to make it anonymous you can always use the confidential hotline that Digital Turbine provides to you through Lighthouse.(You can find the contact details in the breakroom of all our offices) Although I can’t address all the items you listed I did want to provide a list of some of the things we have done in the past few years to help our management team grow, mature the business, enhance our compensation package, enhance and keep benefits cost competitive and growing our staff. • Global Facilitated Management training for all management to executive level on topics such as; managing conflict with your team, building successful teams, annual compliance • Global Facilitated Employee Training on topics such as; Communication and Conflict Resolution, • LinkedIn Learning for all employees and levels • Hired new leaders in both Technology and Business • Added benefits such as 401K match, • Negotiated no increase in benefit cost but same plan for 3 years in a row. • Digital Turbine pays 80% of the employee and dependent cost for medical, and dental, we cover 100% of the cost of Vision for employee and dependents. • Added Unlimited vacation • Adding 20+ new positions this year alone • Partnering with Salary.com to create a Compensation Structure including job grades and salary bands Again I do recommend that you talk with your manager or please feel free to reach out to me directly April.collazo@digitalurbine.com at any time.
