Pros

Great co-workers who are not part of management. Really talented people.

Cons

Senior management treat the staff under them like absolute worthless nothings. Lies about no money for bonus's for 2 years. When senior staff who have not done anything valuable are greasing their own pockets. Feels like a high school environment, between online shopping and their own private business opportunities, senior management are completely unprofessional in the way they speak to co workers. Pay is terrible (unless you are senior) and when valued members have been offered more else where to leave, senior management has seen everyone as expendable, which is just not true. its incredibly disrespectful. Asking for a raise will only leave you in the bad books with SM and will go no where. If you are joining this company best of luck to you.

Pros

Product offerings are very unique

Cons

Products (particularly DSP and Offerwall) do not perform. Preloads work well only for apps with very unique characteristics Executive management is terrible at communicating and talks down to everyone below them. The main reason why overall communication across the organization is so poor is that any questions are being judged by executive leadership.
