Pros

Minimum living wage of 60k Equity Unlimited PTO 401k Some flexibility There are some good people here despite what your about to read below.

Cons

-The acquisitions have not been handled well AT ALL. No one knows what is going on right now -Culutre is laughable at this point, and nonexistent -Leaders hire their kids, friends, etc not realizing the impact that has on their teams - Managers/Execs treat some people like subhumans -There is definitely toxic behavior that is being ignored( No, I will not reach out the Chief People Officer because she is part of the problem, and why tell my manager when his manager is his close friend) -Maybe merging companies will help with the lack of diversity that this company has struggled with for several years -No clear path for career progression in the company -Pray you get a kind and understanding manager otherwise you are in for a ride - Salaries need work. Pay people actually doing the work appropriately - Turnover seems high(no transparency) -Lack of transparency and communication -We dont practice the values we speak so highly of

Pros

Product offerings are very unique

Cons

Products (particularly DSP and Offerwall) do not perform. Preloads work well only for apps with very unique characteristics Executive management is terrible at communicating and talks down to everyone below them. The main reason why overall communication across the organization is so poor is that any questions are being judged by executive leadership.
