Pros

- Some very talented people work there - Seem to understand the telco space well and have built a great moat into their business model

Cons

AdTech business unit management is in over their heads. 3 acquisitions in a year lead to growing pains and integrating these 3 companies has been unsuccessful so far. Turnover of GM / VP etc. is extremely high, leading to constant internal restructuring. There are very few people left over who can operate an AdTech business, let alone 3. So much time is spend on said restructuring that there has been little time spent on actually integrating these companies and their products. Those who are leaving are the most talented (and by extension the most over-worked) leaving less-capable staff behind who are simply not qualified or capable of doing the work of those who departed (this includes upper management). Combine that with lack of accountability under-staffed, over-worked teams, below-market compensation (competitors pay 50-60% more) low morale, low motivation and inability to execute and you have a vicious cycle that's getting worse over time.

Pros

Product offerings are very unique

Cons

Products (particularly DSP and Offerwall) do not perform. Preloads work well only for apps with very unique characteristics Executive management is terrible at communicating and talks down to everyone below them. The main reason why overall communication across the organization is so poor is that any questions are being judged by executive leadership.
