I have been working as a Senior Software Developer in DreamzTech for the last 5 years and I am really grateful for the way the company has helped me to grow my career. I have started here as a 1 year experienced PHP developer and then I learned React, Node, Python, RoR and Solidity various technologies here. DreamzTech management kept believing in me and gave me many opportunities to grow. The management has a clear vision to work in the latest technology solutions and build new edge products. The salary structure is very good and every year they provide good amount of increment. I have joined here with Rs. 15000/month and now I draw a salary of Rs. 85000/month. The company also helped me with zero interest loan when I fulfilled one of my precious dream purchasing a house. The company had not fired anyone during COVID period which was really amazing I believe when I see others.
