Pros

I have had the privilege of working for one of the best companies out there. Even though I was initially skeptical about virtual onboarding, the way Dropbox has mastered the virtual first work model has truly impressed me and serves as a shining example for other companies. This impressive feat is all thanks to the clear thinking and leadership of Drew Houston, whose vision has led to the company's stability and continued growth even in these challenging times.

Cons

Very little room for growth. No real sense of job security due to the constant layoffs. Execs chase the latest and greatest trends, only to abandon projects halfway through. There’s no real sense of leadership or direction—where’s the company headed? What’s the actual goal of [xyz] project?
