Pros

1)Relaxed environment (you can do whatever you want ) 2)WFH available if you are favorite of your manager 3)If you are looking for 9 hr with literally no skill/money growth then welcome aboard

Cons

1)Politics and only politics , you can eventually write a book on this . 2)10 hrs working environment , though there is absolutely no work you are made to sit (atleast this happens in my team) . 3)0 growth related to technologies . If you have any skill in coding and passionate about it , keep it aside . All teams are the same , just the names are different. 4)They hire testers who are good at selenium and QTP and make you work on a useless tool called TAC , which has 0 demand outside the industry . 5)Conflicts between managers . 6)Very poor hike . While shifting from accenture they gave a very rosy picture of everything , but well didn reach half the expectations . 7)Stupid managers and lazy people around : Senior managers are the most useless/selfish people in the company , who never give any straightforward answers . Just talk and waste their time as well as yours . 8)If you are well versed in author and other duckcreek technologies then good for you else if you are joining as a developer just stay away . 9)Literally 0 projects . If you are on bench u get no variable pay and they hire you and keep you on bench hoping to place you somewhere . 10) They boast of being a standard product company , but the culture says something else . 11) Join if you have plans to change soon , since I have heard that the initial offer they hand out is supposedly good .
